Poised empowers teen girls to step into their identity, sharpen their ambition, and become the confident, driven women they were created to be. Through mentorship, workshops, and a community of women who invest in their growth, Poised participants are equipped to make a lasting impact — for themselves, and for generations to come.
DAPPER — For Young Men
Dapper cultivates brotherhood, etiquette, and leadership in young men through guidance from established community leaders and businessmen. Participants develop strong character, personal accountability, and the professional presence to succeed far beyond the classroom. Dapper is where boys learn what it means to carry themselves with excellence.
