Dapper and Poised are premier mentorship programs in Atlanta designed to shape the next generation of leaders.
As impactful teen leadership programs, they provide young men and women with guidance, training, and a supportive community rooted in leadership, confidence, and discipline.
Through interactive sessions, mentorship, and real-life opportunities, students—especially those seeking high school mentoring in DeKalb County—develop strong character, personal accountability, and the skills needed to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
Our young men’s mentorship program in Georgia (Dapper) and young women’s mentorship program in Georgia (Poised) go beyond traditional mentoring. We are intentional about building leaders who carry themselves with excellence, think with purpose, and live with integrity.
At their core, these programs are about more than mentorship—they are about equipping young people to lead well, live well, and make a lasting impact in their communities.
